Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Primary Care Department.  

Requirements include: 

• Current New Jersey State APN/PA License 
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in Primary Care
