PA Student Fellowship Opportunity with the LGBTQ Caucus

The LBGT PA Caucus is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for our annual Student Leader Fellowship
The Fellowship is a one-year leadership and mentoring program open to LGBT+ PA students who openly self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or gender diverse. Fellows will have the opportunity to work closely with the Caucus leadership team to nurture and develop the skills necessary to be a leader within the PA profession.

Students in either the didactic or clinical phase of PA education are eligible to apply.
Applicants are encouraged to join the Caucus as student members, and accepted Fellows must have an active Caucus membership.
Opportunities with the SLF include creating a self-proposed Fellowship project, participating in monthly Caucus board meetings, serving as an ambassador for future students, and making a difference for the PA profession and our LGBT communities.

Student Fellows receive an honorarium to attend the annual AAPA Conference, where they will meet with PA leaders, experience first-hand the process of AAPA policy and governance, provide support during LBGT PA Caucus events, and connect with some amazing PAs and PA student colleagues.
